หากสินค้าที่ได้รับมีปัญหาจากการผลิต หรือได้รับสินค้าผิดรายการ กรุณาติดต่อเราภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
เราจะดำเนินการเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
How to Return

- หมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ
- รายการสินค้าที่ต้องการคืน
- รูปภาพหรือวิดีโอแสดงปัญหา (กรณีสินค้าชำรุด)

รอการยืนยันจากทีมงานภายใน 1–2 วันทำการ

จัดส่งสินค้าคืนมายังที่อยู่ที่ทีมงานแจ้ง โดยบรรจุในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมให้ครบถ้วน

แจ้งเลขพัสดุให้ทีมงานทราบหลังจัดส่ง
Return Conditions
- สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน ไม่ซัก และมีป้ายแท็กครบถ้วน
- ต้องแจ้งคืนภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
- สินค้าที่สั่งทำพิเศษ (Custom Order) ไม่สามารถคืนได้
- สินค้าลดราคาพิเศษหรือโปรโมชั่น ไม่สามารถคืนได้ ยกเว้นกรณีชำรุดจากการผลิต
Refund Timeline
เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าคืนและตรวจสอบเรียบร้อยแล้ว การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 5–7 วันทำการ ผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิมที่ใช้สั่งซื้อ ระยะเวลาที่เงินเข้าบัญชีอาจแตกต่างกันตามธนาคารหรือผู้ให้บริการ

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
How to Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Photo or video of the issue (if defective)

Wait for our team's confirmation within 1–2 business days.

Ship the item back to the address provided by our team, using the original packaging.

Share the tracking number with our team after shipping.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Custom orders are non-returnable.
- Sale or promotional items cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
