Membros คือระบบสะสมคะแนนของทาง NWL ที่เราตั้งใจพัฒนาขึ้นมาเพื่อแทนคำขอบคุณลูกค้าทุกคนที่อุดหนุนกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง ไม่ว่าคุณจะสั่งซื้อผ่านช่องทางไหนก็ตาม — ทั้งใน Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, Instragram , Facebook, เว็บไซต์, หรือหน้าร้าน — ทุก 1 บาทที่ใช้จ่าย จะได้รับ 4 คะแนนสะสมโดยอัตโนมัติ

ถ้าไม่ได้รับคะแนนสะสม ต้องทำยังไง?
โดยปกติแล้ว ระบบจะทำการเพิ่มคะแนนให้โดยอัตโนมัติจากการสั่งซื้อที่ใช้เบอร์โทรศัพท์เดียวกับที่ลงทะเบียนสมาชิกไว้
หากภายใน 2–3 วันหลังจากสั่งซื้อแล้ว คะแนนยังไม่แสดงในระบบ
ลูกค้าสามารถแคปหน้าหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อ แล้วส่งข้อความหาเราทาง Instagram หรือ Facebook ได้เลยค่ะ

ทีมงานจะตรวจสอบและดำเนินการปรับคะแนนให้ภายใน 1–2 วันหลังจากได้รับข้อมูลครบถ้วน
เรายินดีช่วยเหลือเต็มที่เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์อย่างครบถ้วนค่ะ 

What if I didn’t receive my points?
Normally, points are automatically added based on the phone number used for both the purchase and your Membros account.
If your points don’t appear within 2–3 days after your order, just take a screenshot of your purchase confirmation and send it to us via Instagram or Facebook.

Our team will verify the information and manually add the points for you within 1–2 business days after receiving the details.
