What should I do if I don't receive reward points?
Typically, the system automatically adds points to orders placed using the same phone number registered for membership.
If your points haven't shown in the system within 2-3 days after placing your order,
Customers can take a screenshot of their order confirmation and send it to us via Instagram or Facebook .

The team will review and process the score adjustments within 1–2 days after receiving all the necessary information.
We are happy to do our best to ensure that our customers receive all the benefits.

What if I didn't receive my points?
Normally, points are automatically added based on the phone number used for both the purchase and your Membros account.
If your points don't appear within 2–3 days after your order, just take a screenshot of your purchase confirmation and send it to us via Instagram or Facebook .

Our team will verify the information and manually add the points for you within 1–2 business days after receiving the details.
